The heavy door to our apartment really hit home when it came to feeling secure. Layout worked great for our family, with two bathrooms making mornings easier. Loved the comfy living room too. Just wish the place felt a bit more modern, especially the couch. Long nights with creaking above kinda threw us off.

Sleeping on a comfortable bed added to the enjoyment. However, the property feels dated and needs some work. Stepping down to entrance doors felt unsafe due to poor lighting at night, and the light above our door was out during our stay. The couch was a pull-out bed, making it uncomfortable for regular use. Hearing loud creaking from the ceiling as tenants walked above us disrupted our relaxation. Connectivity was an issue. the Wi-Fi was unreliable, which forced us to use our own hotspots. An upgrade to modern amenities like a smart TV and fresh paint would greatly enhance the experience for future guests. Overall, the layout suited our family well, and the pool and playground were enjoyable for the kids.

However, some furnishings felt dated, and the balcony views weren’t enough to offset the noise from neighbors above, which disrupted our relaxation. While the kitchen was adequately stocked with basic necessities, the inconsistent Wi-Fi made connecting difficult, adding a bit of frustration to our stay.

Just a suitable option for a transient stop in Laconia with attractive and competitive value for money. Enjoyed the outdoor pool with my kids, which was a nice break after a long drive. Make sure to inquire about the availability of gym passes ahead of time to avoid disappointment.
